WEBBEE does not have any hidden terms and conditions. WEBBEE provides a legal digital contract to you with all the terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Limited reclamation period and refund rights: The right to ask for a refund per incident plan will expire within 24 hours (reclamation period) starting from the time of purchase. If, at any point in time, you feel that WEBBEE has not provided you with satisfactory services, you can ask for a refund for the same. Refund fee and transaction charges will be applicable as per the payment gateway services provider. The refund process can take 15 – 20 calendar days based on the bank process and will be credit back to client account or credit card from which transaction is initiated. If you unsubscribe after 24 hours from the time of purchased from your existing services with WEBBEE, the refund will not be applicable. You may choose to opt out from any paid subscription service provided by WEBBEE and request a refund for the paid amount only if no support service has been provided to you by WEBBEE and the refund request has been initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the subscription date.
NOTE:
By using this service or subscribing to WEBBEE services, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms.
DENOTATION:
Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Privacy Policy and are incorporated by reference in these Terms and Conditions.
COMPONENTS:
'Content': Software, Materials, Services, and other related information are collectively referred to as "Content."
'You': "You" means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.
'Per Incident Services': 'Per Incident Plans' or 'Incident Plans' or 'Single Incident Service' are non-upgradable services provided by WEBBEE with the sole objective of fixing a single and specific technical problem which you face.
'Subscription Based Services': "Subscription Based Services" or "Subscription Services" are upgraded subscription plans offered by WEBBEE that are active for a specified period and are not limited by the number of incidents like our 'Per Incident Service.'
'Services': 'Services' are Per-Incident Services or Subscription-Based Services provided by WEBBEE to you. All 'Services' will be delivered by WEBBEE Certified Technicians under the plan which you have subscribed to from WEBBEE Websites or by calling the WEBBEE phone number mentioned on the WEBBEE. These Terms of Use govern all plans available on the WEBBEE.
'Materials': 'Materials' refers to downloadable contents, white papers, webcasts, frequently asked questions, press releases, reference guides, data sheets, product information, or any other proprietary and/or copyrighted information which is available to download from WEBBEE website. The term 'Materials' does not refer to the interface, theme, layout, or design of the WEBBEE websites or any other website owned or controlled by WEBBEE.
'Software': 'Software' means a computer program of any kind, either kept by WEBBEE or a third party, delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery methods, including client and/or network security software. Components of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both WEBBEE software and third-party software.
Your use of Software is subject to the respective agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that is attached or included with the software, ordering documents, exhibits, etc.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
The payment will be processed only after the consent of the customer. As the mode of payment is limited to "online," which requires the use of a debit/credit card, the needed information is to be provided by the customer with the correct layout. All the payment is to be done before the start of the subscription and support unless ratified by WEBBEE. If the payment is due, WEBBEE is not liable to provide the services.
BILLING:
While providing the credit card information, you allow WEBBEE to facilitate the payment procedure. At the time you authorize the credit card issuer to release the mentioned amount without any query of the digital receipt. In all cases, the terms and conditions of the issuing bank and debit/credit card issuer, as per the case may be, will be fully applicable.
RENEWAL POLICY:
We are always here to serve you to your satisfaction. Extending the available services is now easier. If the details provided at the time of the first contract remain the same, the term of the support renews automatically for the same period declared in the last existing contract. If you wish to change the terms of the contract or cancel the renewal while renewing, you are required to contact WEBBEE by yourself. The service is only available upon the renewal of the subscription.
FAIR USAGE OF POLICIES AND TERMINATION:
Although there is no fixation on the follow-on support during the subscribed period, the available services are subject to the guidelines of the "fair use policy" listed by WEBBEE, which is considered tampered if the contract is fraudulent. This may result in a temporary suspension or even permanent termination of the provided subscription, which will be decided under the sole right of WEBBEE.
PRIVACY: DATA PROTECTION:
As soon as you visit the page, the privacy policy of WEBBEE applies. You are required to study the terms carefully. During the processing, this ensures that it is with your consent that the information disclosed to WEBBEE via telephonic conversation, email, or otherwise is not confidential. The information transferred to WEBBEE in the U.A.E. may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which you are situated, but WEBBEE possesses adequate security so that the collected information, if transferred, receives an adequate level of protection.
